comfortable stay but some things could improve
The room was spacious, and I appreciated the modern, huge bed that was very comfortable. I loved having a private balcony where I could relax and enjoy the garden view. My night clothes were neatly folded, showing attention to detail in housekeeping.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to interact with the staff during my stay.

The breakfast wait times are excessive!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity is frustrating!!! The room décor feels outdated and lacks an airy charm!!! Parking is tricky for larger vehicles!!!

The Junior Suite features beautiful linens and a rustic, open vibe that exudes comfort. Located just minutes from a cute beach, it offers a relaxing pool area with lovely ocean views across the street. Netflix and Hulu available for your entertainment needs.
While the atmosphere has potential, the decor felt somewhat dated with dark moldings and generic carpeting, lacking the fresh, airy feel typically expected in beachfront properties. The water pressure in the shower could use improvement, sometimes feeling weak, and the dining experiences seemed hampered by lengthy wait times for breakfast, often exceeding 45 minutes. Additionally, the '59' breakfast special didn’t justify its steep price, leaving me feeling a bit underwhelmed considering portion sizes. For those who might prioritize modern aesthetics during their stay, the absence of updated fixtures could detract from the experience.

Perfect getaway spot!
Just spent 2 nights in a fab Junior Suite. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved hanging out by the outdoor picnic area—great vibes! The only bummer was breakfast took a while to show up, but honestly, the place was super chill otherwise.

We had a fantastic time staying here with friends! The Windmill Room was perfect and had a stunning view. The outdoor picnic area was a great place to hang out. We visited some nearby restaurants like Cowfish and Rumba, both delicious. The grounds are beautiful and really peaceful, making it an ideal getaway.
The only downside was the breakfast took a bit too long to arrive, which was frustrating since the food was good.

The Hampton Maid offered a truly unique stay in the Windmill Room. I loved the spaciousness and the view from the balcony overlooking the beautifully kept grounds. The bed was modern and incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. The location provided easy access to both North and South Forks of Long Island, which was convenient for exploration. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day out. However, the breakfast experience could use improvement. although the food was delicious, the wait was frustratingly long. We also had to miss breakfast because the hours were limited, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant had a cozy vibe, yet it seems they could handle the breakfast rush better. Overall, the ambiance and hospitality of the staff shone through, but the dining efficiency needs attention.
